5. Pulisic was able to move to Europe when he was 15 thanks but only thanks to an EU passport which he received thanks to his grandfather Mate Pulisic, who was born on the island of Olib in Croatia. He described the decision to move as the most difficult of my life.6. Pulisic was eligible to play football for the Croatian national team but turned down their approach.6

7. Records are already the norm for the American having set plenty during his time with Dortmund. He became the youngest non-German to ever score in the Bundesliga (17 years and 212 days) and was also the clubs youngster ever Champions League player when he played against Legia Warsaw in 2016.8. For his national team, Pulisic was not only the youngest player ever to be involved in a World Cup qualifier he was also their youngest ever goalscorer in the modern era and their youngest ever captain (20 years and 63 days) against Italy in November last year.6
