Leicester City will do ‘everything they possibly can’ to sign Youri Tielemans permanently, according to Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers following their impressive triumph over Arsenal.Tielemans opened the scoring as Leicester ran out 3-0 winners at the King Power Stadium, with Jamie Vardy adding the other two late in the game.

However, Rodgers said he wasn’t sure whether Leicester would sign the Belgian but made it clear both he and the club would like Tielemans on board.On Tielemans, Rodgers said: What hes paid to do is create and score and hes doing it very well.It was a wonderful cross from James [Maddison] and its important you have players that are hungry to score and it was a great strike as well in a game that was very, very close.Hes shown great efficiency since hes been here and for his age hes got great maturity in his game and Im very pleased for him.
